I think that this is a song about his a guy and his girlfriend cheated on him (possibly). He loves her so much that he is willing to go at any heighth to be with her. He doesn't want to lose her. But what caught my eye is I think the person in this song might not be atheist? Look at the lyrics "I will never let you fall
i'll stand up with you forever
i'll be there for you through it all
'even if saving you sends me to heaven.'" so it appears to me that this person might be, but I'm not sure. But it's just a song about how far your willing to go for someone.

Yeah, I think this song is more about loving someone so much, that if it came down to a situation where you would have to die to save them, you would save them.

I think the person above is right. There's a guy who's fallen for his good friend but wants to be more tehn freinds and he's admiting his feeligs for her. He doesn't want her to reject him, he wants to be her hero and would do anything to protcet her, even if it killed him.

i think this song is a sweet, lyrical way of telling someone how much you love and appreciate them. Then I think something happens to the guy, gets sick or something, and at the same time a friend is in need. He fights through it to help the friend

This song is beautiful. I think it is simply about someone confessing on how much they love someone else. It doesn't even have to be a romantic relationship, It could be a best friend or a brother/sister. The singer is saying "I will never let you fall, I'll stand up for you forever" Maybe the one he is singing to is depressed, he is saying how he will always be there for him/her. Every time I hear this song I totally cry.

It's about true unconditional love. Plain and simple. He's saying that he would die for her, and that no matter what he'll never leave her "Use me as you will, pull my strings just for a thrill" and either she won't be with him now, or he's sick and doesn't have much time, or she has a drug/drinking problem and he wants to help her, but she turns violent whenever he confronts her, but he'll always be there for her "And I know I'll be ok, though my skies are turning grey".

But the album was released in 2006, so it can't be about the tornado. I'm pretty sure that RJA did dedicate the song to this specific tragedy though. either way, it couldnt have been written for them, since the album came out long before the tornado even formed

I think d meaning of dis song is that telling to a person the he/she is very important and you don't want to lose him/her you'll do anything for her keeping him safe even your life can be sacrificed by keeping him/her saved...

No this song is definitely not about the tornado, not to mention it was also on their full length ep album. I could be wrong about the whole details but Ronnie announced at the Louisville show back in may of last year that he wrote this song for a friend of his, I'm pretty sure because she had just given birth at the time and was a young parent. He wrote the song for her little girl

I don't know about you all but when I see my girlfriend smile I am more happy than anyone else in the world and when they say "tears I can't replace", they are saying that the feeling of seeing her is irreplaceable. I will finish this interp later...

It reminds me of my ex, I have called him my guardian angel for the past 4 years, he is my best friend. He has told me that although we both are past wanting a relationship again, it kills him to see me smile over my current boyfriend, because it reminds him that he isn't the one who makes me smile. and he has told me too many times to count that he will always be there. He has proved it over and over. To me, this song is about forging a true friendship from a lost love

Basically some guy loves a girl so much that he would change his religion for her. Thats the "even if it sends me to heaven" part, some guy just loves some girl so much he would literally do anything for her. He would be her guardian angel, he would die for her etc.

You know when you meet someone...someone special, someone who despite all logic and reason you would happily give your entire world just to see smile. Even if they don't feel the same way about you, until the day you die, you'll be there to pick them up when they're down, to add color to their life, to give them everything they may ever want or need. Such people are rare, but truly amazing and you would give up everything just to see them be happy because at the end of the day seeing them smile is worth more than everything sacrificed.

my cousin wrote this song for the red jumpsuit apparatus, it was about him being so in love with his girlfriend, but she lost feelings for him and moved on and he was still so in love with her that no one could really take her place. he was suppossed to join the band but couldn't because he was still in college, his offer still stands.

this is what i THINK this song is about: to me it sounds like hes in love with a girl :: he would die for her :: "i'll be there for u through it all even if savin u sends me to heaven" maybe, he did sometyhing that screwed their relationship up;; got drunk, kissed someone else, something like that and she left him. he realized that hes still in love with her. she's too good to let her walk out like that :: "please don't walk away and please tell me you'll stay" so he wrote this song to REALLY express his love for her. and to say im soo sorry. don't write me off. again: im not sure but this is what i THINK.
