   I think he wrote it about when The Used and MCR fell out with each other (this is what I've heard anyway), and I think it's a little childish that he wrote a song just because of the fact that MCR did so well with The Black Parade, and that they weren't friends because he wouldn't get drunk with him anymore.

   I read an article where Bert said that this was written when he moved to LA about all the fake people and how they didn't even know they were being fake since they acted so for so long.    Guess what? Gerard was still friends with Bert a while after he got sober. So that is hardly the case. ;)
   He hardly said it was about Gerard. It is about someone with "Short blond hair." which isn't exactly Gerard. Heck, it could be about Quinn for all we know.

    It's NOT about Gerard. Bert only said 'someone with short blond hair' that hardly means "Gerard Way."
    
    I think it's about himself and the side of himself he doesn't like
