Um excuse me but this song is about Gerard Way. They got into a fight because Gerard got clean even though he still smokes he doesn't drink and get drunk and party with him anymore.

Guess what? Gerard was still friends with Bert a while after he got sober. So that is hardly the case. ;)
He hardly said it was about Gerard. It is about someone with "Short blond hair." which isn't exactly Gerard. Heck, it could be about Quinn for all we know.
I think it is about partying, though.

I read an article where Bert said that this was written when he moved to LA about all the fake people and how they didn't even know they were being fake since they acted so for so long. There are certainly a lot of bleached blonde. I bet this song was recorded before the Black Parade even came out.
