It seems like a beginning relationship, there's always trust issues and doubts at first. "mix the chemicals right dear"..."you know what betrayal can mean"..."can I trust you". These all sound like hey don't screw up heres my heart I'm trusting you with it

When I first heard this song on punk goes acoustic I thought it was about making meth because of the whole mixing chemicals deal but then I realized that he's talking about the trust between them and how he needs her to be there for him when he's down and needs it.
