   This song is about a man who died in the war and is "home" in heaven. He writes a note to his wife and tells her all the things he didn't get to tell her before he was killed. He tells her he wishes he can kiss her once more and he wishes he could be there to see their newborn little girl. Then, to end it, he says it's ok if she finds someone else.    I think the meaning of this song is fairly self explanatory. It's all about a guy that died in a war and is telling his wife via a note everything he can't tell her. He tells about how he wishes he could be there in person to kiss her and to see their baby born but he's at peace because he died fighting for what he believes in and he's at home in Heaven, and he doesn't regret it. He ends it by telling her that it's ok if she wanted to be with someone else. In conclusion, it's a good song that tells a soldiers story of love
