I feel like it speaks about how people are so inclined to lie and deceive to get ahead in life but someone has heard enough of the bullshit. Like "Fucking blow those words out of the back of your head" is a way of saying no more lies no more bullshit I am done with you being toxic I am done with your excuses I am done with your lies and I am done with you. Maybe it's just me but that's what I hear and as rough a song as it is it really touches on points that need to be ripped open.
