She was even there when he broke his ribs and she helped him heal. She never left his side even if they're no longer together. There's a couple ways someone could take this song. One; he was in love with a girl, but had to leave because of his singing career. Two (and the one I got first); He had to leave his family who he loved greatly to go on tour for BVB.
