Even though they are still together, he loves her more than she loves him and he really wants to fix the problems in the relationship. He is crying out for her to let him fix everything and for her to love him.

   I think It's about a girl dumping him and what he's thinking at the time, he's whole life has just crashed down around him and he has no idea what to do. He's begging her not to do this but realises that nothing he can do will change her mind "So fine, I'll leave".
