I don't think this is about getting married and having children. He was young when he wrote this. It was one of his first songs that was on the band's demo in 1991. This morphed into Satellite, but I do like the old unreleased stuff. He was probably in his early 20s. I do think it's about a girl and teenage love, though.

He find another girl falls in love with her she fall in love with him back they rerun each other live go on a date then the get married and have children
