Song Meanings by Band Name:

if FOB had very good songs back then... i really don't care, what matters now is that they suck ... i hate them... and i don't even want to talk about them!

Most people only hate FOB because they think theyre sellouts. Who cares how many people like them? You wouldnt want to like a band that no one knew or worse, that everyone hated. Think about it.

yeah it really upsets me that people don't like Fall Out Boy, when they finally get the recognition they deserve... my favorite FOB song would be "Grand theft Autumn(Where is Your Boy?)".

Fall Out Boy Rock !! My fav songs are Chicago Is So Two years ago + A little less 16 candles ,A little more touch me . I never seen them live but my sis got 2 see them + loved it .She even got the track list !

Dance Dance and Sugar we're going down are good, but they're the radio songs. Dance dance doesn't really follow a similar style to the rest of the songs on Cork Tree, but I love them all anyways..Favorite song....hmm...Yule Shoot your eye out. Random I know. I saw them in concert in Bridgeport, with HH and a few other bands, they definatly did not suck!

MCR definatly is not filled with as much rage and anger as their other stuff, but they're not exactly preppy. I used to like Good Charlotte and still have a poster in my room of them, but I heard their soon-to-be-new song online, personally, I thought it was horrible! Wouldn't know about high school (thats next year, don't shoot me!!!) Eating? As for hot topic, I haven't been there in months, but they still have some good stuff. By the way, you forgot all clothing in general and total dominance over southern CT radio FM radio stations.

and no they are NOT awesome there are better bands out there, who have a better sound and more thoughtful lyrics.

hmm... i think pete is the emo one. the others (patrick, andy, joe) arent. but pete writes their lyrics and i think he started the band...not sure on that one.... so because their basically is no FOB without the only emo member, FOB is emo.

wow, this was posted a long time ago. Anyway, I love Dance, Dance. You can so totally hear Pete playing his bass, and when he whispers "we're going into d minor." Sorry, I'm a bando (band geek) and i get obsessed with instrumentation and chords.

I agree with what a few peeps have already said. FOB's old stuff was better, Infinity on High was my least fav album (not saying that I didn't like it, but it was a bit too pop for me). The best songs on it were The Carpal Tunnel of Love, and You're Crashing But You're no Wave. I love From Under the Cork Tree and especially Take This to Your Grave. My fav songs would have to be Chicago is So two Years Ago, Grand Theft Autumn (Where is Your Boy), Saturday and Get Busy Livin' or Get Busy Dying (Do Your Part to Save the Scene and Stop Going to Shows). And whoever said preps ruin everything, they are so bloody true!! My best friend is one of those peeps who liked FOB and now doesn't because they're too mainstream, and i agree with her but i will always be a FOB fanatic!
