   This is purely my interpretation and probably isn't how this song was intended but it works for me.
   
   I've suffered with depression and anxiety for a long time. Most people that are acquainted with me think this just means I'm a bit sad sometimes. I get worked up about little things, brood on tiny details, worry myself about them and stress out completely. I wish I could help the way I am but I can't, if it was that easy I'd just pull myself together and stop feeling this way.
   
   This song sounds like somebody put together all the things my partner and my best friend say to me regularly and made a song out of them. The best bit is it's right. As long as I know who I am and I'm true to myself things always get better in the end.

   To me this song is basically telling A story, A story on how to move on from this "situation" May It be A break up of, A loss of something with great value or meaning, And is telling you the ways to recover from this loss, Whatever it may be,And to hold in. Rather than hold on, In the song it's basically urging you to maintain your dignity and Pride and not let the situation get the best of you, And if you just put your mind to it..You can move on, From anything.No matter what the circumstances..You can make it through.

   the begining is about someone who is getting worked up about something that might not necessicarily be a big deal. it's saying to focus on other things besides your anger. the next part talks about how to fix the problem thats bugging the person by doing the simple thing to fix it and fend for themselves because theyre strong enough. the person helping them is trying their best to help them. the chorus is about how people focus on the little details and get all worked up for little pointless things. everything will be fine.
   my best guy friend told me to look up this song when i got upset once. now i love it.
