Catch My Breath Lyrics

I don't wanna be left behind
Distance was a friend of mine

I think this song is about doing what you want in life and not letting anyone try to change your life.

Catch my Breath is a very good song where Kelly is trying to say that she is torn between appeasing her critics and following what she wants in her life (This is mostly seen in the first verse) This problem is solved by Kelly by finding herself among theses cloudy problems she is facing.
