Competition, fantastic song it is aye, but it is about someone who wants to fight and they constantly keep thinking they're all good and they're right all the time but they're not! So little mix are trying to send and lil' message to them saying 'your not as good as you think you are'

It's a song about the gender roles in a relationship. Though the girls do like to be pampered, they want to be seen as an equal to the other partner as well. The girl dislikes guys who are generally an alpha male, always wanting to prove himself as the superior one in the relationship.Generally those traits are more founded in younger guys hence the "you act about 17" line. At times it maybe is fun to butt heads at a competition to see who is better, but the girls want a relationship in which everyone in the relationship are both equal and have a good win-win outcomes.
