    This song is basically about what the girls wanted to tell themselves to do when they were younger. They wanted to say to be who they wanted, to accomplish their dreams.

    'You can be anything you want to be'

    is the line that really strikes me. It's one of my favorite songs, because it tells me to be myself. The song, as the girls say,

    'it's like if Change Your Life had a baby'.

    het gaat over hoe ze waren toen ze klein waren en over dat je je nu als kind moet laten gaan geen grenzen kennen.
    *wish I Could some how going back in time and maybe lising to my own advise.

    My opinion of this song is that the girl used to be lonely and shy when she was younger and she learned to be herself and wished that she knew back then that there was nothing to be scared of

    I think it has something to do with being a mother (This is just my feeling) because it's telling their "little me" to speak up, shout out, and basically follow their dreams. It also said "you can be anything you want to be" and I think it is them telling their future daughter to follow their dreams and be a leader.

    Little Me is talking about the advice that the girls would if they met their past selves "I wish I knew back then, what I know now." and "Wish I can go back in time and maybe listen to my own advice" support this.
    They also are giving their advice to their fans so that they wouldn't make the same mistakes as them "You gotta speak up, you gotta shout out." and "You can be beautiful, wonderful, anything that you wanna be."

    I think it is telling us to speak up, and not let anyone tell us were not good enough. It tells us to be who we are, not let anyone choose who we are. It tells us we are beautiful and wonderful no matter what anybody tells us. We shouldnt be too shy, or nobody will become your friend.

    "talk a bit louder, be a bit prouder"
    in my idea the lyrics says that first of all believe in yourself, be proud for what you have and even what you don't , then be a little rude to earn what is your right , dont be too shy !

    When you (or the song writer) was younger, they were small, quiet and shy. They didn't speak much, and basically let people get them down. But, as she grew up she learned what to do in these situations, and because of what they said, so she thought she was not pretty, and such. So "I'd tell her to speak up, tell her to shout out, Talk a bit louder, be a bit prouder, Tell her she's beautiful, wonderful, everything she doesn't see" telling her younger self to believe in herself, but sadly she can't do that, because that was the past uvu.

    I think it's a message to their fans to be strong and to not be afraid to be who they are.
    "She lives in the shadow of a lonely girl"
    She acts like a shy, quiet girl.
    "You can see it there if you catch her eye/I know she's brave but it's trapped inside"
    She's afraid of the world but inside she has potential.

    I think it's basically telling you just because someone tells you you aren't good enough to to do that it you can't can't do this. Don't let it affect you because in the end it's you who has to live your life not them
