Submitted by: anonymous I just want to say, I laughed at that "Buying food every once in a while, but not enough to purchase a smile" Because It's like saying two things. 1. He's referring to McDonald's Free smiles. LOL. or 2. He's referring to the fact that he's not happy. This is probably Tom or Mark, since they both were adults at the start of the band. musicians don't make MUCH money doing Gigs and stuff, So this is a song about hardship and struggles. I MEAN, LOOK AT THE NOW. Well, Not now, But maybe 1 year ago. They split up now. :'(
