DUMB DUMB DUMB!

Tom Delonge, DID really write this song about his girlfriend. The lyrics "She left me roses by the stairs, surprises let me know she cares" is an actual event that happened. Tom stayed late at the recording studio and when he got home his girlfriend had left roses by the stairs. And to the person up there, you're right about his girlfriend getting sick of him writing about other girls.

All the small things I think has to do with the little things his girlfriend does that shows him that she cares hence: surprises let me know she cares. I don't think it has anything to do with blowjobs or genitalia.

I suspect the Windmill thing has more to do with the way she dances than anything else. And he calls her his little windmill.

This one is just a guess but It wouldn't surprise me.

Tom has said in interviews that this song is about his girlfriend and NOW wife Jennifer... and I think it's about her giving blow jobs as well... I mean my little windmill? yeah, that's honestly what it sounds like to me
