Papa Roach: Take Me Meaning
Take Me Lyrics
-
Maybe the he is taking about his sanity....”Take me and let me in, don’t break me and shut me out, take me and let me in, don’t break me and shut me out.” He is chasing his sanity because he has been hurting for so long. It describes his journey of pain an mental
illness. He is on his last drop of hope screaming his heart and soul out to his sanity as if it is a person to return to him so he is no longer a broken soul. -
I think it's the story of a person who was hurt by his/her companion. It is evident since the song states things like "Don't break me" or "As days go by, my heart grows cold, I can't seem to let this all pass me by," meaning don't leave them and as time grows on, they're heart grows colder, and they can't seem to let the person that did the hurting pass by as a failed relationships. It seems likely due to the style of the song and how they say if anyone around has felt the same, then put your fist up and vent your pain
-
I think the songs about how someones alone and has no friends Nobody wants him and basically "this is just a story of a broken soul" so yeah.
