Parkway Drive: Romance is Dead Meaning
Romance is Dead Lyrics
The epitome of self-indulgence

And another set of crocodile tears

It seems to me that Winston is calling out bands or people who use the subject/s of suicide and/or self harm in order to gain more fans and money without realizing the consequence of their actions or how the subjects that they sing about actually affect people. The bottom line that he's trying to put out is to either sing about how you really feel or shut up and don't bother singing about that topic.
tl;dr: Put up or shut up. -
this most likely means about breaking up with some sort of bitch that you kinda didnt see anything good coming from it from the start.
