Song Released: 1995
C'mon Billy Lyrics
C'mon billy
Come to me
You know i'm waiting
I love you endlessly
C'mon billy
You're the only one
Don't you think it's time now
You met your only son ?
I remember
Lover's play
The car was cold and
We lay in it for...

I have almost the same interpretation as this one:«It's about not using birth control so you can get pregnant hoping that the man will want to be with you...in this case he doesn't and she is delusional.»
But I think that she is also obsessive and possessive, not only dilusional and she was like that even before she got pregnant but the guy didn't notice and now she is harassing him, and kidnapping him (in the video, he is tied to a chair at the end) and she forces him to hug her by tying his hands. She got it all planned... shs's a psycho... -
The lyrics are incorrect (above).
Polly Jean is not singing "The car was cold and we lay in it for days.
She's singing "The corn was golden, we laid in it for days." It's a bit more poetic.
