I think it can have multiply meanings such as loving someone so much but they leave & you still have to coexist together and knowing that kills you, or maybe about a family member who walks out of your life & they just watch u waste away.

I think " Watch Me Bleed" is about giving someone all you had and loving them all you could and then watching them leave you and they know you're pain, but they don't do anything they just stand back and watch as you bleed. You might not be bleeding physically, but emotionally and they can see it.
