   I always imagin that song is about a dance, where the couple is dancing and having "fun". And she just enjoys it so much that she doesn't want that moment to go, and she want to slow down the song so this would last longer.

   She's using a fast song as a metaphor to rough sex. When she says "baby slow down the song" she's telling the boy to slow down. Then in the part where she says something about rewinding, the man has hit climax, he has ejaculated and she wants to go back to the beginning so she can feel all that pleasure again.

   Def about sex. Could be about losing her virginity (hence ready for inspection, taking applications) or about a girl who already lost her virginity but is still greatly inexperienced. I think it's the latter since she seems to know (no pun intended i swear) the ins and outs of sex. The first time probs went fast and now she's older, old enough to go clubbing with older guys, and wants a longer experience where they can do it over and over again. Her first time was obviously not up to par, with some guy she didn't really like, which is why she's being so picky now. And she wants a more sensual experience, which is why she likens sex to a song.
