That he was hurt or betrayed (not necessarily an affair?) but not having his best interest at heart regarding 'his' feelings/life. That he knows he has to leave and end the continuous cycle... but it is still painful and tormenting.
That part of him will forever be burnt away and missing for the length of time he stayed in an unhealthy marriage (guessing marriage?) from video.

He loves her completely. He believes she loves him truly. No one ever has been so real and genuine to him. I also believe her family is trying to split them up and rid him to save her. He knows that would hurt her worse then he could ever. I don't want to leave a woman who loves me and is so hard to find I believe she is his soulmate. She only knows me as a weak person that's all she's ever seen. He wants to show her how strong He can be for his family. His has lived her way and now he wants her to follow him. If she can do that he knows she will get past all the hurt as well as his own broken heart. She has mended his broken heart. Now he will mend hers no question. He needs her to see how great he cares for his family. He knows he hurt her so bad. Maybe he wants nothing more then to give her the man she has seen all along but he's been living with this guilt. He doesn't want to feel like he owes her he wants to prove that the strong man she's known is and has always been here he's just been a broken heart not from her from his past of family friends basically everyone has hurt him so he thinks by hurting himself also his family it will save the ones that hurt him. What does not kill you can only make you stronger. Never get in the way of love. They are in love. Get it threw ur heads. Signed he sees everything threw Jesus. This song is really about what Corey went through when he lost his best friend, Paul Gray. Anyone who says its about anything else is wrong. And the only way that this song is linked to drug use is that Paul died from an overdose.

I have just come out of a shitty relationship and this song really has helped me get though it. I had to move on she was destroying everything to do with me and it's the same with this song, He still misses her and cares but he has to go and move on, another song like this would be Fall to Pieces by Velvet Revolver

i think this was Corey's song to Paul Gray. It is his way of saying that he needs him, but he cant need him because he is no longer with us. Because he is gone he feels as though a part of himself is gone. I think All of Audio Secrecy, is his goodbye to Paul Gray, because he never got to say goodbye

I personally believe it was a relationship that is gave his all and everything close in and out of his heart and the partner somehow destroyed the relationship so out of hardship he wrote this beautiful song to all the people who relate to this song, I know I do almost sad :( for me
