   It's quite obvious what it means: I'll look after you, be my baby etc. Look After You is about a guy who's trying to tell a girl that he loves that he's right for her and that he'll look after her.

   Isaac wrote this song about his wife(or his girlfriend at the time he wrote it). She was working in Australia, I think, and he felt really distant from her and basically just wanted her back with him. This song is about the his love for her and the longing of having her back.

   I know that everyone agrees it's a love song and a song for people apart from each other. But I want to throw my hat in and also explain why I feel this song about loving someone even if they are dying.
   
   The tone feels warm but also melancholy because he's singing about someone that might be in bad health or may very well not have a long life expetancy, yet they don't care and feel connected to them so much that they will give their life to look after and care for them in sickness and in health.
