    All of you guys are wrong. The artist has explained this herself... Just like "turnt up" the phrase "2 on" is some made up thing that means being super excited or "hyped up", basically going to the extreme in whatever emotion you're experiencing at the time.

    Just goes to show what's on all of your minds though...nasty.
