    Zoloft is an anti-deppresant/anti-anxiety medication, so this song is about how when he takes zoloft, he's happy and not sad or mad. but he also describes in this song how he hates the medication because we can't "disguise the nature of your soul" he's saying that zoloft is making him not himself.
