There isn't much to say about lyrics. They're already clear.
But music video is interesting. In church, people on the right side are wearing white and people on the left side are wearing black. Cody is wearing white and he is nervous because he will make a presentation(?). Even though he is nervous, he goes to the front (with a push from his friends:D) and starts talking.
White wearing people are those who don't worry about everything, those who don't let the worry lead their life. Black wearing people are those who drown in worry and anxiety.
After white cody talks to them and make them relieved from stress worry and anxiety, black cody comes in and tries to make them worried again. But white cody don't let them ann they refuse black cody. Then they start to enjoy their life without worry stress or anxiety.
P.S: White cody being nervous in the beginning shows that being nervous or a little worried isn't a problem, it's natural. You just need to overcome it.
