I don't know how to explain why, she suffered with psychosis and the voices in her head would tell her to do horrible things to herself. Alright short post time so the meaning of this song going off one of the many speeches Kellin has given before this song it is actually about how he found his own meaning in life and his search for it. He said "I have so many people approach me after a show telling me about how I saved them fro suicide but I can't always be happy I need someone there for me just as much as them. So I'm sorry that I am not always upbeat and not always happy..." He then started singing the chorus as he always does before playing a song live and then the song starts. I feel as though people always look too much at what is said in the song as like he or she doing ___ but never think that its about the singer who was struggling but didn't want to make it about themselves. That is the meaning I feel fits the most. It is also a reminder of one of Kellin's hardest times in life with the death of one of his and ptv's fans Olivia who committed suicide and it is believed that this song and bulls in the bronx are both tributes to her that are also about kellin and vic and how they feel themselves and how hard it was to continue after something like that.

It is about a girl that maybe she could feel better and be filled with relief if she killed herself because she if taunted by voices in her head, she is depressed, she feels small and like she doesn't exist. She doesn't feel beautiful and thinks she isn't because no one ever told her so. The girl wants to be loved and is hesitant to commit suicide.
