   This song was written about avrils struggle with lyme disease. She said at one point she accepted that she was dying and that she felt like she was drowning in water and couldn't breath. This song is so emotional and means the world to me cause i remember when avril almost died and it broke my heart cause i love her so much.

   In her battle against lyme disease she felt like she was drowning in water like that was it. She was going to die. Her mother was holding her and she was just praying to God to keep her head above the water she's drowning deep into and then she feels better and all these lyrics flow across her head, cause she's obviously she's too young to fall asleep we need more songs!
