   A guy walked in on his girlfriend having sex with his friend and got pissed then went for a drive to get away from everything and calm down son he wouldn't do anything too rash like beatin the shit out of them. while driving he realized that he's better off with out them and sounding better than the radio is him venting to himself.

   This is, in my own opinion, Eve 6's greatest songs, even though the majority on all three of their full-length albums were amazing,but it directly connects to what I like to do sometimes.
   
   To me, it seems like he's simply tired of his friends and girlfriend not caring about him. "/I don't need a girl,/ Don't need a friend/ 'Cause my friend lonesome is unconditional/We're flying forever bored."
   
   He then realizes that he's satisfied with what he's got and doesn't need anything else really, not even them. "/And for a moment I love everything /I see and think and feel/ I love my broken side-view mirror/ 'Cause it's so perfect, I'm so perfect, you're so perfect, you're not here/I hear the change in gears."
   
   The chorus has very little sentimental value, but just elaborates why he's feeling this and what is putting him in this mood.
   
   He then elaborates on the fact that he's just cruising to help get his thoughts together. "/The night is beckoning, although I have nowhere to go, but home/ Feels good to be alone/ with every turn comes a new frame of mind/ If I could frame my mind/ Where would it hang?"
   
   The third verse, or the bridge is written very well and goes even more into the emotions, showing rage instead of an unremarkable emotion. "/I crack a window and feel the cool air cleanse my every pore/ As I pour my poor heart out/ To a radio song that's patient and willing to listen/ My volume drowns it out/"
   
   He then describes the connection he makes to the song, and even claims he knows what the singer is singing about better than the singer. "Yeah, but that's OK, 'cause I sound better than him anyway, any day/ Yeah, my voice is sweet as salt/ I search for comfort and I find it where I've found it many times before/ Times before can be forgotten."
