Get Rhythm Lyrics
Come on, get rhythm when you get the blues
Get a rock 'n' roll feelin' in your bones
Put taps on your toes and get gone
Get rhythm when you get the blues
A Little shoeshine boy never gets low...

Everyone who has ever listened to Johnny Cash knows that the man is a great storyteller. This song is about how one day before Cash actually was recording music or doing any tours, was out and about and he noticed a Shoe shiner and his son on the street. The thing that caught his eye was that neither the father or the son were upset or had a poor attitude about the job they were doing and also the incredible synchronized rythm they had together when actually shining the shoes.
