this song is about the depression of a girl who needs help sleeping, so she takes melatonin (sleep hormone), but during her rest, she has a nightmare of her ex coming back for revenge and her friend; luna committing suicide. it also continues the story of the song teddy bear. that also could mean that her teddy bear who used to love her finally killed her, hence the name of her song 'Zzzz'.
