Indian Reservation (The Lament of the Cherokee Reservation Indian) Lyrics
-
About the proud people of the once Cherokee Nation, where these American Indians became displaced to also be disspossessed from their shared beliefs in a communal culture, send on the ''trail of tears'' that sadly led the Cherokees as a nation of people from their land to the reservations out west to be democratized slowly. Eversince then some of them are still holding out and still waiting for that one day when the melting pot of the masses realizes that they should join them to uplift the once Cherokee Nation's culture again and become a all colorful and proud true Americans with them on the land that they always have been thankful for.

This one is a no brainer. This song was written about what we have done, as a society to the Native Americans.
