   I think this song is about lusting for another woman, the guilt on infidelity and the pain of desire. She is portaied as Lilith as it is a demonic, impure feeling of lust and nothing else. That poison is the raw desire that kills his insides while he is trying to resist those urges, hence the "i never asked for this, i never wanted this, i never asked for you, i never wanted you" but he cannot fight back "throws me in your arms again"

   Lilith is also a biblical character (Adam's first wife) that murders pregnant women and infants. She was banished because she would not submit to Adam. She also seduces men. I think it's a reference and he calls her Lilith as an insult. Most likely because she is evil like the biblical character.

   This song seems to be about a girl he is completely in love with. However, she left him, but he can't let go. He says that he would give up everything to have her again, but he knows that isn't going to happen, so he's killing himself. He can't forget their relationship, he still needs her. "I never asked for this" refers to his suicide, he never asked to die. "I never asked for you" refers to the girl. He wasn't expecting to find her, but he did and now he's completely in love with her. It's because of her that he's killing himself. The last verse of the song represents his actual death.
