I have found that the first set of numbers; 100011 actually equals the number 35. I have no idea what the relevance is to the song, or anything for that matter. I do not understand Binary Code but just thought I would add my two cents.

I think its funny that the guys said it doesn't mean anything, and you nerds still try to make something work.
It's random nonsense that matches a meter. Lots of musicians do it. Lyrics don't always mean something.
That said, this is maybe my all time fav. Song. Why aren't these guys selling out arenas? -

Clutch pays homage to the canadian rock band rush in the song "10001110101". The song makes references to the songs "the body electric" from the 1984 album grace under pressure and to "2112" from the eponymous album released in 1976.

I have cracked the code... Here it is... 10 0011 10101 is binary, which we have pretty much all figured out translates into 1141. If you break that up into 11 and 41 and look on the periodic table of elements you will see that the 2 elements that are referenced are sodium and nobium. If you google these two together you will see a bunch of pages come up about a rare mineral called pyrochlore. Pyrochlore contains these two elements and is radioactive.

Music is what it is, but more importantly it is how you take it. To put it more blatently, it means what it what you want it too, start listening to the music instead of trying to interpret everything you hear.

I don't have a complete interpretation, but a friend of mine figured out something really important.
First, you break it up "10001110101" into some weird math: 1+0+0+0+1=2, 1, 1, 0+1+0+1=2. 2112. Like the rush album, "2112." which is a concept album that prominently features the priests of the temple of syrinx as characters. (here's more info if you're not into rush: http://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/2112) so, it's a little homage to rush. Like most clutch albums, "robot hive/exodus" isn't a concept album, but it's close.
I also had a thought about the lyric "3 times is jive." if you multiply 10001110101 x 3, you get 30003330303, and if you apply more goofy math, you get 3+0+0+0+3=6, 3+3=6, 0+3+0+3=6. 666. "666 is jive" would be in line with the religious themes of the album.

If you ever watch the brak show, in episode 22 "coma" thundercleese is in love with a vacuum cleaner and recites her a poem. That poem is 10001110101 over and over. It aired 10-12-2003. The clutch album came out in 2005. So I figure they may have just gotten it off that.

Well I know a lot of you religion bashings supremist out there will hold my feet to the fire on this one but I think even if the lyricist did not mean this in his interpretation that maybe there was something subconscious in his writing. Call me crazy but here goes: I have noticed that clutch has referenced god or some sort of god in many verses or stories from the bible. I then took the binary translation (1141) and search for a biblical meaning at biiible.Com. The closest passage was psalms 141 verse 1 and it reads like this:
"lord, I cry unto thee: make haste unto me; give ear unto my voice, when I cry unto thee.”
so was this the lyricist unknown meaning? It is somewhat eerie that it has to do with voice and ears but who knows either way the song is pretty dope. -
I was silly enough to do a search on this...Temple of syrinx being greek mythology, and the greek word "aionioa" has a numeric value of 1141 or 163 sevens from numerology. This word means "eternal" coincidence? Definately!
I'm glad I believe what a previous submission states, the singer says it has no meaning !
