It's about how he took advantage of an opportunity to have sex with a woman that was trying to get back at her man for running around on her. But then her man leaves and she wants to be with "him" but he doesn't want her. But now she's pregnant and he "made" her abort. and the point of the song is an apology to the unborn child.

His songs are usually a parallel with his life and as he suggested to Jimmy Kimmel, "take a personal experience and exaggerate it". The parallel here is when his wife got pregnant in between one of their on-again off-again episodes which gave birth to his 3rd daughter. The abortion is the exaggeration...

Eminem got a girl pregnant and didn't know she was, so he broke up with her and she felt so upset and got a abortion. he didn't know this and after she aborted the baby without telling him
