   This song is highly ironic, I mean Ems saying weed has caused Bob (in the song) to murder and that ecstasy drains your spinal fluid (which has been proved that it does not).    What this song is actually about is how the media portrays drugs to completely ruin peoples' lives as soon as they do them once, as well as trying to gross out the children with the information they provide them about drugs.    there is really no meaning to this song. it was just made to entertain. i head this song on my friend's ipod (from Russia) before i even knew about Eminem. in his other song "my name is" he talks about how hes going to make a record about drugs to his mom. there you go
