    this song is clearly about the rising class of consumers. people who just follow the trends and don't think for themselves. the song begins with I'm not about to blow it down for all the cows meaning Dave understands that there is nothing he can do to change that and he has no intention of breaking the facade for these people. he can't stop it but he will comment on it. " its funny how money allows all to browse and be endowed" is the best line of the song in my opinion he is talking about how people get consumed by money and how money lets us buy things that make us happy, and even consumes us in our expenses. something that rings true to this day. truly one of the greatest masterpieces in my opinion.
