The song is definitely about Cocaine because Collins used to have a problem with the drug as I once did; and just listening to these lyrics, I can totally 100 percent relate to it.

"Invisible Touch" in my humble opinion, is about "the lady in white" "ya-yo" "professor feather", i.e. COCAINE!!!
"She takes everything she sees." There's a joke that goes "What do you give the man who has it all?" Answer?
You give him a $20 rock, cuz next year he gonna need everything!!
Cocaine will have you selling your car, house, the hair on your head,etc.etc.
Just listen to the lyrics. They all allude to cocaine.
