    I think this song is about Demi Lovato. If you don't know who Demi is, she's a star who starred along side Joe and his brothers for a popular Disney channel movie 'Camp Rock' and is also a Hollywood Recording artist. My reason to believe this is because in an interview Joe said that the song was about a girl who he was in a relationship with and he found out something that broke his heart, Joe dumped Demi and she went into treatment for cutting and an eating disorder, this could be what Joe found out. He sings
    'I don't wanna wait for you
    I don't wanna wake up thinkin, hopin
    You'll get it right this time' Could mean he dosen't want to keep hoping she'll be fine because it's breaking his heart. He also sings
    'I just can't get you out my mind
    And all I keep seein is your picture' Demi made news when she went into treatment so her picture was everywhere plus the fact that she was a huge star. Joe sings
    'I don't wanna see no more' Could mean he dosen't want to see Demi hurting herself.

    Whatever, it's just my interpretation :D

    I feel it is about Taylor Swift. When he says, "you're so cold" he's talking about the way Taylor interprets Joe in her songs. When he says "I can't get away from you", "And all I keep seein' is your picture" he is talking about how Taylor is such a big star, she's everywhere. "You're runnin' right to another one" is said because Joe thinks Taylor has dated so many guys after their relationship (Taylor Lautner, John Mayor, supposedly Chord Overstreet, Toby Hemingway, and Cory Monteith).

    he doesnt want to wait for a girl[lets call her liz] he doesnt wanna wait for [ liz] to figure out what she has done to really hurt him and it seems everything he does brings him back to here and he doesnt wanna... "see no more" basicly its him struggling to let [liz] go thats all :)
