Labrinth - Treatment Meaning

I really am not too sure, but I'm thinking it's supposed to be more of an upbeat song about recovery. Instead, of a slow sad song again, he turned it around into the positivity of treatment. He's mentioning being damaged, and then follows it by saying "isn't it pleasant I'm in treatment." So I think it's saying: I'm on my rode to recovery, you knocked me down, but I'm rising back up!
