The song is a commentary on radio, and moreover popular media, and the way that a lot of stuff that has merit doesn't get seen. Altogether, I think it's just saying information is powerful, and some people abuse that power, so you need to find information coming from people that aren't spreading propaganda, because that distorts the truth.
