Sunday Morning Lyrics
Steal some covers share some skin
Clouds are shrouding us in moments unforgettable
You twist to fit the mold that I am in
But things just get so crazy living life gets hard to do
And I would gladly hit the road...

It describes how you can't get someone out of your mind. They are with you the moment you wake up to the time you are ready to go to bed. Everything else is pointless unless you are making time for the people who matter the most

It is a song about longing for the past. He wishes that he is with her again...living in the moment of his most vivid memory of her. There is something that is keeping them apart and he doesn't seem capable of resolving it. It is really a sad song about missing something that you don't have anymore and hoping that one day that you will be together again.

To me, the song is about those lovely intimate moments you have in the morning at the weekend as a couple, when you have time to relax and indulge in them. During the week we are so busy working & always rushing around trying to get things done, we don’t have time to appreciate one another. Also, by working so hard, part of you wants to run away from it all as it’s all too overwhelming- however it’s not really your partner that you are running away from, especially when you have your moments of bliss at the weekend...that’s when you never want them to end & for Monday to come.

This song can be about a man who loves his woman and she is all he needs and wants her and nobody else.
