   This song is pretty much about how we don't realize how precious life is, and to make something out of it while it lasts. It doesn't matter how long your life span is, no time is worth wasting. It's not a very hard to interpret song, but a true, timeless message.

   The the title refers to advertising and how taken chances is key in successful marketing it is supposed to mean how the lead singer never took chances to achieves his dreams pretty self explanatory but the title might not be that obvious to the listener

   I find this song to be about how much a persons life can really suck. If you have seen the video, its pretty obvious. I mean come on! But it's about death and why people are afraid of death in a sense. But its something that is going to happen and you have to learn to deal with it. Life sucks and then you die.

   This song is about enjoying life and when it says "hold your head high heavy heart" they're just talking 2 all of their fans saying, I know life sucks, but just enjoy being young while you can, because it all ends so quickly.
