This song is about the James Bulger kidnapping and then later on found dead and the murderer was never found. I'm not sure if he was caught by now but when the song was written he wasn't captured yet. As I'm sure there r more meanings to the song besides just James Bulger he is the meaning the song was written as Dolores explains a few times before she performs the song on stage!!!
