    Yeah, it was when he got outta prison... but it sounds more like it's directed towards the feds and gov. That put him in there.

    Tupac gets out of prison. Instead of making a diss track he makes a 'envy me' track with cpo and the outlawz. Basically a track to make people in prison who treated him badly be jealous. Those people in prison are probably getting butt raped to this day, poor bastards, picture me rollin!
