    Well, if you read the lyrics, it tells you exactly what it means.
    Things like "he jacked a little bitty baby" (referring to her father), and at the end of the song, you can hear the backup singing about "daddy's cradle rocking."

    and the gun, "she had to take him down easy and put a bullet in his brain" so yeah, she shot him. B****** deserved it, if you want my opinion ^^.

    I think this song is dual-meaning and the two meanings are:

    A). A teenage girl getting raped by her step-father so she gets the gun-(penis).

    B). How she reacts to this by actually getting a gun and shooting him down---the more literal meaning.
