    I think she is talking about keysha cole. Keysha was practically hating on Beyoncé saying her music is wack and its the same thing she been singing about. So beyonce is saying she doing her and mind her business and she running it, everyone likes her etc.

    i just think that beyonce is basically speaking about her life, and what she has accomplished, and that new and up comin artists shouls respect her for who she is, and that she isnt just a wife, who is amrried to a millionaire, but that she was and still is someone thats made a huge impact in the music industry
