Katmandu Lyrics
-
Maybe it could just as well be a fictional name. Maybe Seger was writing about a mythical place. Saint Thomas More coined our term Utopia as an island of which was "no place." Other real places that are mythical are Chemung, Caledonia, Timbuktu. Kathmandu certainly fits for his rhymes.
