Song meaning is unfortunately clear to an alcoholic. Set the pace again refers to cycle,alcoholics always try to keep ahead of the down you get soon after high cuts off.also patterns of dependency. Spike the water, blackout, face down, etc. Also hallmark of too much alcohol. How can I get some? Also dependency speaking.
