It's about fart cupcakes. Craig David had a difficult upbringing as a child and used to take solace in sniffing his farts. He became quite an expert at it and is obsessed with fart smells. He wrote this song on a foggy winter day chilling with his mates sniffing their farts.

Song Interpretation: Craig talks about the different girls he experienced but referring to them as ice cream and chocolate and other sweets.
Video: This is basically a parody of Craig David's favorite movie, Charlie and the Charlie Factory. Four lucky girls from around the world have the chance to visit Craig David in his factory. Whoever finds the golden C.D. In Craig David's new album at the time, Slicker Than Your Average, visits Craig in his factory. After the winners arrive to the factory, they get a tour. The first lady pushes Craig off the stage and takes his hat which symbolizes her want for fame rather than love for Craig David. She gets eliminated. The second girl just wanted the money rather than love. She gets eliminated. The third girl just wants Craig David for the sex and she is eliminated. The last girl wins Craig's heart and goes off with her, making love in the elevator.
