Dashboard Confessional: Shirts And Gloves Meaning

Shirts And Gloves Lyrics

When I'm back from the road
and you're out on it
& I'm tired of this distance
& I believe it's over-rated.

Fantastic goods from you, man. I have understand your stuff reovipus to and you are just too wonderful. I really like what you've acquired here, certainly like what you're saying and the way in which you say it. You make it entertaining and you still take care of to keep it smart. I can't wait to read far more from you. This is actually a wonderful website.

This song is about Chris and and a lady friend. However their relationship is tough. They are both caught up it where life is taking them which seams to be away from home.(maybe Fl. or Conn.) for instance as he comes home he misses her right as she leaves for something. It's ironic how close they come to seeing each other. He reminisces about how much he misses the friendship or maybe something a little more. However I'm extremely uncertain why it's called shitrs and gloves.
